## **Terms & Conditions CoHub** These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the CoHub platform. By accessing the platform, the member declares to be aware of and to accept these terms. ## **1. Definitions** **Platform:** the digital platform CoHub, hosted via HumHub, accessible at [https://www.connectivehub.net/](https://www.connectivehub.net/). **Operator:** Christiane Lüpken, located at Ringstraße 32, 48565 Steinfurt, Germany, responsible for managing the platform. **Member:** a person who has access to the CoHub platform after admission. **Founding Member:** a member belonging to the first group of members of the founding community. **Founding Builder:** a member who manages their own Space as a domain responsible. **Content:** all messages, files, texts, images and other information posted by members on the platform. ## **2. Applicability** These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the CoHub platform. By accessing the platform, the member declares to be aware of and to accept these terms. The operator reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. ## **3. Access and membership** Access to CoHub is only possible after personal invitation and approval by the core team. CoHub reserves the right to refuse applications without stating reasons. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials may not be shared with third parties. Membership can be terminated by the member at any time by submitting a request to the operator. The operator will close the account within 14 working days. Founding Members receive a lifetime founding member rate as long as the membership remains continuously active. ## **4. Subscription and payment** Membership is linked to a subscription. Current rates are available at **\[ URL rates page \]**. Payment is processed via the payment platform Stripe. By agreeing to these terms, the member authorises the operator to automatically collect the monthly or annual subscription amount. In case of non-payment, the operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform until payment has been made. ## **5. Code of conduct** Members are bound by the CoHub code of conduct. Use of the platform is only permitted for constructive, building-oriented purposes in line with the Society 4.0 mission. It is not permitted to use the platform for: - Spam, misleading messages or commercial messages without permission from the operator. - Spreading false information, hate speech or personal attacks. - Offering products or services not in line with Society 4.0 values. - Extracting value from the community without contributing (opportunistic behaviour). ## **6. Content and intellectual property** Members retain the copyright to content they post themselves. By posting content, members grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to make this content visible to other members of the platform. It is not permitted to copy, share outside the platform or commercially use content from other members without the explicit permission of the author. The operator reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or the code of conduct. ## **7. Privacy and data processing** The processing of personal data is described in the CoHub privacy policy, available at **\[ URL privacy policy \]**. The privacy policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. ## **8. Liability** The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator. The operator is not liable for the content of messages or transactions between members. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they post and for the agreements they make with other members. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for damages resulting from technical failures, maintenance or unavailability. ## **9. Termination by the operator** The operator reserves the right to terminate a member's membership with immediate effect in case of: - Violation of the code of conduct or these Terms & Conditions. - Behaviour that is harmful to the community or other members. - Non-payment of the subscription after repeated reminders. - Use of the platform for purposes contrary to the Society 4.0 mission. The operator reserves the right to terminate membership if a member has made no contribution to the platform during a continuous period of 3 months and has not responded to two consecutive activation requests from the operator. Members are expected to complete their profile within 14 days of admission. If this expectation is not met, access to certain features may be restricted. In case of termination by the operator due to a violation, the member is not entitled to a refund of the subscription fee. ## **10. Applicable law and disputes** These terms are governed by German law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in **\[ city, Germany \]**. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. ## **11.
